Cancellation & Rebooking Policy
At Playtime Kiddo, we understand that plans can change. To ensure we provide the best experience for all our guests, we have the following cancellation and rebooking guidelines for birthday party bookings:
Cancellations or Downgrades:
Cancellations or downgrades to your birthday party package must be requested at least 14 days (2 weeks) prior to your scheduled party date. If your request is made before the 14-day deadline, you may receive a full refund or the difference in package price (for downgrades), minus any non-refundable deposit if applicable.
Rebooking (Within 2 Weeks of the Party):
If your cancellation or downgrade request is made less than 14 days before the scheduled party, we will be unable to offer a refund.
However, we are happy to help you reschedule your party to another available date, subject to availability.
Please note: Rescheduling does not guarantee the same package, time slot, or party room.
How to Cancel or Rebook:
All cancellation, downgrade, or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email
Your request is not considered confirmed until you receive a written acknowledgment from our team.
